Rates are Based on 2 Adults Per Unit (over 12 yrs.)
The Gull and Pelican Units will include a charge of $10 daily for each Adult (over 2 occupants)or $5 per child under 12 years.
The Sandpiper Unit will include a charge of $10 daily for each Adult (over 3 occupants) or $5 per child under 12 years.
The Egret is 2 Adults Only
The Gull:
Daily: $169 per night
The Pelican:
Daily: $149 per night
The Egret:
Daily: $129 per night
The Sandpiper:
Daily: $209 per night
Rates are subject to change.
Discounts are available to stays of 3-5 nights.
Additional discount for 6-7 nights.
