an over sized single room
efficiency unit.
A queen and a twin bed
separated by a nightstand.
Rates: $125 per night

Room 3 - The Egret
Sleeps 2 adults,
in a king size  bed. This
room does not have a
kitchen but includes a
refrigerator, microwave, and
coffee maker.
Rates: $110 per night
$95 per night for a 6 night plus stay
Room 4- The Sandpiper
Sleeps up to 6 ,
in a 4 room efficiency unit.
The main room includes a
full sleeper couch, a queen
in one bedroom and a full
over full bunk in the other
bedroom.
Rates: $165 per night
$150 per night for a 6 night plus stay

May 15th- Sept 15th.

There is a $10 charge per
night per adult over 2 in the
Gull & Pelican units;
and over 4 adults in the
Sandpiper unit.
