Unit 1 - Gull

This 2-room efficiency
will sleep 4 people.

(A queen bed in the bedroom and a daybed with trundle in living area.)

Unit 2 - Pelican

This 1-room efficiency
sleeps 3 people.

(A queen bed and a twin bed in an oversized room)

Unit 3 - Egret

This single room sleeps two in a king size bed.

Unit 4 - Sandpiper

This unit sleeps six with one queen size, two full (bunk bed),
and one full size futon. Unit also has a fully equipped
kitchen and bathroom.

All units have a/c, cable color TV, refrigerator,
microwave, and coffee maker.
